REAM kept two shops and the office in its portfolio

The REAM fund chose to keep the two shops and office of the Résidence Le Lorrain in its portfolio. Their rental was initiated as project delivery approached and the three premises quickly found a taker. The office is rented to Fiducial and the shops are rented to N&D and to a grocer/caterer.
