EccoNova, a crowdfunding platform dedicated to sustainable real estate, has just successfully closed a €2,000,000 fundraising round to support the capital increase of the Résidence Terrasses de Namur. This ambitious project, located in Namur, aims to offer luxury apartments right in the heart of the city.
This initiative enables individual investors to participate in the realization of this innovative real estate project, while benefiting from attractive profitability opportunities.
