We are growing our Flexiroom co-living offer with the opening of a third house in the station district in Luxembourg. This is the Résidence Fort Wallace.
The refurbishment work took 10 months. We raised the building by two floors and fully renovated it.
The occupancy rate has been 100% since the residence opened.
