Coworking Bruxelles, the benchmark site for co-working in Brussels, describes a meeting with the founder and majority investor of the REAM fund, Jean-Marc Dame.<\/strong> The meeting took place over a coffee at the Fosbury & Sons co-working space, REAM’s pied-\u00e0-terre in the Brussels Region.<\/p>\n

Originally from the world of finance, Jean-Marc described his career until 2017, when he created the REAM real estate investment fund.<\/p>\n

Passionate about his specialism, real estate, he says that this sector has always been part of his career path… He was previously Managing Partner of Trimmo, a company that specialises in the renovation of residential buildings.<\/p>\n

The founder also explained what makes REAM a “new generation” investment fund, “In fact, we are an innovative fund thanks to our local roots, our work ethic and our desire to innovate to rethink the cities and lives of the future.<\/p>\n

Jean-Marc concluded by describing the fund’s clients, who are “anyone wanting to invest in high-yield real estate, without complications, and who has a minimum of \u20ac125,000”. Indeed, investing in this kind of fund is a good alternative to purchasing real estate and having to bear the risks and the intensive rental management work.<\/p>\n
