We are working on a new development project in the very centre of Bastogne: the residence Ravel<\/strong>. It is located on the corner of rue de Marches et rue des Remparts and along the former railway line transformed into Ravel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery is scheduled for 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

This involves the creation of at least 41 apartments (with indoor parking spaces and cellars) and 288 m\u00b2 of commercial and\/or office space. The plot consists of two separate buildings that promise optimum natural light for the apartments.<\/span><\/p>\n

The project was managed by the prestigious architectural firm L’Atelier de l’Arbre d’Or, known for numerous large housing and office complexes. L’Atelier has already completed several projects in Bastogne, including the renovation of the Bastogne War Museum. The entire existing building had to be renovated and a new building constructed.<\/span><\/p>\n
